Sustainable from A to Z

A truly sustainable product comes from a deep reflection on impact throughout the entire process: from creation and use to disposal. For this reason, our white downlights with gray reflector have been developed with extreme care and attention.

Durable material use

Aluminum belongs to the select category of raw materials that are endlessly recyclable, thanks to available sources of recycled aluminum. Using recycled aluminum requires only 5% of the energy needed to produce new aluminum. A deliberate selection of alloys, optimally combined with recycled aluminum, results in a reduction in CO2 emissions of more than 90%. The MAX LED Downlights have therefore been developed with the goal of making substantial use of recycled aluminum during production and to be easily recycled at the end of their useful life.

Our local powder coating process, in conjunction with powder coating from our Italian supplier, provides accurate insight into the coating recipe. This enables us to both ensure quality and monitor health effects. This also reduces our dependence on the global supply chain. This process not only reinforces our ecological commitment, but also guarantees a consistently high-quality final product. Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond mere aesthetics; it is an intrinsic aspect of both our production method and our philosophy.
