Aluminum belongs to the exclusive category of raw materials that are indefinitely recyclable, with available sources of recycled aluminum. Using recycled aluminum requires only 5% of the energy needed to produce new aluminum. A deliberate choice of alloy, optimally combined with recycled aluminum, reduces CO2 emissions by more than 90%. The MAX LED Downlights are therefore designed with the intention of being manufactured from recycled aluminum as much as possible and to be easily recycled at the end of their useful life. Our local powder coating process, supported by powder coating from our Italian supplier, provides accurate insight into the coating recipe. This allows us to ensure quality, monitor health effects and reduces our dependence on the global supply chain. This process not only reinforces our ecological commitment, but also ensures a consistently high-quality end product.
