Determine if there should be back timbers behind, determine the clearance above the ceiling and check the connections. The fastest way to install is to connect to the current system. Needed: industrial vacuum cleaner (dust-safe & fit to router), router, jigs (1x cutout jig & 1x for securing ceiling plate & cutout jig), work table.
This is how you work quickly, efficiently and without errors
Make sure that the ceiling tile and back wood are firmly seated in the mold
When everything is in place then place the jig for the desired cutout on top of the back timbers (ceiling tile is below)
Make sure you have an industrial vacuum cleaner connected to the cutter that is dust-proof and fits the cutter.
Drill a hole where the router will fit. Take the router and mill out the desired cutout along the outside of the mold
