A truly sustainable product is created only when impact is thoroughly considered throughout the entire process: from creation and use to final disposal. It is for this reason that our white downlights with matching black reflectors are developed with the utmost care.

Durable material use

Aluminum is in the rare category of fully recyclable materials, with sources of recycled aluminum available. Using recycled aluminum requires only 5% of the energy needed to produce new aluminum. By carefully choosing an alloy that combines well with recycled aluminum, CO2 emissions can be reduced by more than 90%. The development of the MAX LED Downlights is therefore focused on using as much recycled aluminum as possible in production and on the fact that they can be easily recycled at the end of their useful life.

Thanks to our local powder coating process, carried out with powder coating from our Italian supplier, we have precise insight into the ingredients used in the coating. This allows us to both ensure quality and identify potential health effects, while also reducing our dependence on the global supply chain. This process not only strengthens our ecological efforts, but also guarantees a consistently high-quality end product. Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond mere aesthetics; it is a fundamental aspect of both our production method and philosophy.
